Popular TikTok personalities Elizabeth Amadou, better known as Jarvis, and Habeeb Hamzat, popularly called Peller, have confirmed their engagement, putting an end to weeks of speculation about the true nature of their relationship.

In a recent interview with Channels Television, Jarvis shared that Peller had proposed to her—though in an amusing twist, the engagement ring didn’t fit. “The ring doesn’t fit my finger, so I kept it safe at home,” she said with a laugh. “But the commitment is real.”

Jarvis admitted that her initial impressions of Peller were based solely on their online exchanges. But that changed after they met in person. “You really can’t judge someone based on social media,” she said. “When I met him in real life, I saw that he had a whole different personality—cooler, calmer, and way better than I imagined. Over time, I realized he genuinely liked me, and I started feeling the same.”
The couple is known for their playful, sometimes chaotic online chemistry, often featuring arguments and banter that fans can’t seem to get enough of. However, Jarvis insists that what fans see online isn’t scripted. “People think we’re faking it for content, but it’s all real. Our fights, our fun, our drama—it’s all us,” she said. “Peller knows how to keep people guessing and talking, but that’s just who he is.”
Despite their digital antics, Jarvis expressed awareness of the seriousness of marriage. “Marriage is not something to joke about. It’s deep, and we’re still playing a lot online. That makes it hard for people—and even our families—to take us seriously,” she confessed.
Looking ahead, Jarvis believes that marriage will happen in due time, but with more intentionality and perhaps more privacy. “When the time is right, we’ll do it. But for now, we just want to protect what we’re building—even if that means keeping some parts of our life away from public eyes.”
