Comfort Emmanson, the Ibom Air passenger earlier arraigned and remanded at the Kirikiri Correctional Centre over alleged unruly conduct on a Uyo–Lagos flight, has regained her freedom.
Her release came on Wednesday after the case against her was formally withdrawn.
Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, confirmed the development in a short statement, saying: “Emmanson has gone home from the court. I can confirm that.”
